Welcome to Building-Up, the space where we tackle the challenges of personal and professional growth head-on. My mission is simple: to share practical insights, in-depth resources, and real-life experiences to help young minds like yours navigate what can feel overwhelming.

Who Am I & Why Am I Here? So far in my young career at 24, I’ve worked in sales and retail, launched and closed a family business, and now work in finance assisting the public. I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in Small Business and Entrepreneurship in 2023. As a passionate Englishman navigating the business world in Canada, I’m always looking to expand my horizons – whether that’s pursuing a Master’s degree or learning French for professional growth.

I created Building-Up because I felt a need for something more. After finishing my degree and closing my business, I realized I wasn’t fully utilizing the knowledge I’d gained through school and life. This blog is my way to share that growth journey with you, because honestly, sharing insights and helping others feels far more fulfilling than just putting numbers in a spreadsheet!

There wasn’t always a “best answer” online, and a lot felt confusing and overwhelming. That’s why Building-Up exists – to make things easier, show you you’re not alone, and help you avoid feeling stuck.
